Frederick E. Edmonds, Founder and CEO

Fred Edmonds attended Wright State University earning a B.S. in Computer Science and a B.S. in Mathematics with an Engineering option. Fred continued his education at Wright State University by earning a M.S.S.E. in Electrical, Mechanical and Systems Engineering.

Fred currently holds the company’s master HVAC and electrical licenses. Fred holds +30 years of experience as an engineer and inventor with several U. S. patents and inventions.  Through HESS, Mr. Edmonds has designed and installed hundreds of electrical, mechanical, special fire protection, HVAC systems, and more.

Tyler B. Williams, Chief Director of Business Development

Tyler B Williams ’14 Miami University graduate, with degrees in Business Marketing and Entrepreneurship with an understudy in Business Law. Additionally, Tyler graduated through the Advanced Management Education Program through Northwestern University's Kellogg's Executive School of Business '17. Mr. Williams has developed years of professional experience working in a variety of industries including: funeral homes, investment banking, real estate, media and technology, and more. While serving on the Community Foundation Advisory Board for Trumbull County Hospice Committee.

Tyler founder of Bradford Investments LLC has invested and organized a series of businesses including: bottling, construction, clinical counseling, entertainment/promotions,  lawn care, machinery, real estate, restaurant, technology, and more.

Mr. James Price, a long time adviser to HESS. James professional experience includes 38 years in the field of education.
